At Hydiqo, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30 day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. The item should also be securely packaged to make sure it is not damaged during return shipping.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for making sure the return reaches us safely.

Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue your refund within 14 days. Please note that the original shipping cost from your order is non refundable.
