Orders
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the items purchased, prices, billing information, and shipping address.

ShippingOur standard delivery times are:

• 1 to 2 days for processing and inspection

• 2 to 7 business days for shipping

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can easily follow your package all the way to delivery.

Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at info@hydiqo.com. with your full name, address, email address, order number, and the item or items you would like to return.

Items must be returned within 30 days after your return request has been approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in good condition. We recommend sending the product back securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging.

If the item has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
